Software for motif discovery and next generation sequencing analysis

HOMER (Hypergeometric Optimization of Motif EnRichment) is a suite of tools for Motif Discovery and ChIP-Seq analysis. It is a collection of command line programs for unix-style operating systems written in mostly perl and c++. Homer was primarily written as a de novo motif discovery algorithm that is well suited for finding 8-12 bp motifs in large scale genomics data.

Hardware Requirements (recommended): 2+ Gb memory (4-8+ Gb), 10+ Gb Hard Drive space (50+ Gb)
Software Requirements: Unix compatible OS (or cygwin), perl, gcc, make, wget (optional for full functionality: R, DESeq2, blat, bedGraphToBigWig, liftOver)
License: GPLv3

HOMER works on pretty much any Linux/UNIX systems, including MacOS (if Xcode compilers are installed) and on Windows using either cygwin or a Linux subsystem.

If you are looking specifically for HOMER2, you are in the right place! HOMER2 is integrated into HOMER.

Because the mirrors often still function, this is frequently considered a "soft" fault. However, if you wish to clear it:

: The vehicle may "forget" your saved mirror angles when switching between different driver key fobs.

Generic OBD2 readers often mistranslate or fail to see comfort module codes entirely. Use a specialized tool like (the official Citroën factory software) to pull live sensor data from the Door Module. Check the real-time voltage response of the mirror position sensors while moving the mirror toggle switch. Step 2: Inspect the Mirror Connector

For a , remove the bulbs in the affected circuit, inspect the sockets for green copper corrosion, and clean them with electrical contact cleaner.

The wing mirror assembly is directly exposed to heavy rain, freezing snow, and automated car washes. If the internal rubber seals degrade, water creeps into the multi-pin connector plug behind the mirror glass, oxidizing the terminals and creating a conductive path between the power and ground pins. 3. The strange aspect of the 09D1 fault is that the mirrors often continue to function perfectly. However, the system registers a "permanent" or "intermittent" fault that refuses to clear during a scan. Symptoms include:

The code triggers because the central software remains configured to scan for those sensor inputs. For vehicles built without these sensors, this code can be . 2. Active Fault Use a specialized tool like (the official Citroën

: On early models (up to OPR No. 12047, approx. November 2009), the vehicle software may look for mirror position sensors that were either omitted from the factory or removed in later production runs.

Typically refers to a fault within the passenger-side (or driver-side depending on RHD/LHD configuration) mirror mechanism, specifically the position sensors.

Program Components and Older Versions

homer2 program - key executable for HOMER motif discovery (homerCppOnly.*.zip). (This archive actually contains all of the c++ executable, not just homer2).  Unzip in the desired directory and simply type "make" to compile the program.

The configuration script really doesn't deal with older versions, but you can download older versions yourself should you really feel like using inferior data or software!
