Plug in a spare USB flash drive. Format it to the FAT32 file system. NTFS or exFAT drives will not be recognized by the flash utility.
Many ECS updates come with a Windows-based flash tool (often called ECS BIOS Update or WinFlash ).
Once the update successfully completes and the PC prompts you that the process is finished:

You downloaded the BIOS file for the wrong motherboard model or hardware revision. Double-check your PCB print and download the correct matching file.
Ensure your PC is connected to a stable power source. Do not reboot or unplug the system during the flash process. Plug in a spare USB flash drive
ECS provides two primary ways to update your BIOS: through a Windows application or a DOS-based environment.
Verify the drive is smaller than 32GB and strictly formatted to FAT32. Try switching to a different USB 2.0 port on the back of the motherboard rather than front panel ports.

Click the Upgrade button. The system will automatically flash the BIOS and then shut down.
After the automatic shutdown, clear the CMOS using the motherboard jumper if necessary, then enter the BIOS (press Del or F2) to verify the new version. Method 2: DOS Flash (AFUDOS)
